The Fundamentals
What It Is:
A hybrid between online and in-person training, our fundamentals training system cuts through all the fluff to get to the heart of your goals . This program is the perfect mix of minimalist, full body workouts focused on the basics of strength training to ensure steady progress, and variable, daily circuit style workouts to keep you interested and invested. All designed to help you look better, feel better and move better a "pay what you can" pricing structure.
​How "Hybrid Training" Works:
There are 2 fairly common ways to work with a trainer. The traditional way involves paying for individual sessions and meeting with a trainer 2-5 times a week in person to workout. This has a lot of upsides but has 2 major drawbacks, 1 - price and 2 - eventually the coach stops being of much help as the client learns the movements and builds their own autonomy. Sometimes the presence of a coach can even become a liability to client autonomy. The other option is online coaching where a trainer will create a workout program, often through an app, and will check in periodically(usually weekly) with the client to make sure they are hitting their nutrition and movement goals. This has the upsides of client autonomy and lower pricing, but can leave clients hanging with exercise technique. Not seeing a client in person can also lead to clients training for hours at the wrong intensity and making little to no progress as a result.​

We have both trained in both ways and have come up with a fix: Hybrid Training. Our training falls somewhere in between so we can get the best of both worlds. We meet with each client 4 times a month, either 4 times in the first week of a new program so the client can learn the new program, or once a week to check in and make adjustments to form on a slightly more advanced client. In tandem with these sessions we have a 3-5 day training program for clients to do on their own. This puts us at the perfect intersection between price, autonomy, and client progress.

- Monthly In-App Strength Training Programs - 3-5, 40 minute workouts per a week designed to fit your equipment needs, wether you are at home with dumbbells and bodyweight or at a full commercial gym.

Pay What You Can
No one should have to turn away from getting the professional fitness help they need because of the financial burden of paying for a coach. We both got into training because we care about helping you become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself. Our personal philosophy is that a business should exist to give to the world, not take. In keeping with that philosophy we have adopted a "Pay What You Can" pricing option. This just means that we will work with you as an individual to figure out a pricing structure that works for you.
